Every customer tenant, one console, one sign-in.
RealmJoin is multi-tenant from the ground up. Partner admins switch into customer tenants from their own account, share package templates across customers, and run Microsoft CSP from the same portal: subscriptions, renewals, price lists and invoices.
- Tenant switcher
- Partner Center and CSP
- GDAP visibility
- Isolation at the data layer
Switch, don't sign in again
Your own tenant is the principal partner tenant; your customers' tenants hang off it. Admins of your tenant see "Your partner tenants" and switch into any of them with the account they're already signed in with. Custom roles keep working across tenants, so your first-level team gets first-level rights everywhere, and nothing more.
- One sign-in for every customer
- Per-customer permissions through custom roles
- Each customer keeps its own settings, runbooks and logs
One standard, many customers
Package templates bundle apps and variables into a baseline you can reuse. Partner admins maintain those templates inside customer tenants. Add the shared runbook library, per-tenant runbook customization and the same Package Store everywhere, and a new customer starts from your standard on day one.
- Templates with tokens for customer-specific values
- The same 175 runbooks in every customer's Automation account
- Per-customer packaging requests and private catalogs
Microsoft CSP, built into the portal
The Partner Center integration covers the commercial side of your customers' Microsoft cloud, next to the devices and apps you already manage for them.
Customers
Customer list with agreement status, qualifications and subscribed SKUs.
Buy
Product catalog and price lists per market, cart and checkout for New Commerce SKUs.
Aligned terms
Coterminous end dates, calendar-month alignment, billing frequency.
Subscription lifecycle
Suspend, reactivate, auto-renewal, quantity and upgrades.
Renewals
Terms ending this month or next, and auto-renewals switched off.
Billing
Invoices, billed and unbilled reconciliation, service costs, Azure usage.
Audit
Partner Center audit log in the portal.
Kept fresh
Price lists monthly, unbilled data every 12 hours, renewals daily.
GDAP at a glance
For every customer, RealmJoin lists the granular delegated admin relationships with their status, start and end dates and whether they extend automatically. Expiring access stops being a surprise in the middle of an incident.
- Status, start, end, auto-extend
- Shown on the customer's page in Partner Center views
Let customers see their own subscriptions
With CSP self-access, a customer's admins see and manage their own Microsoft subscriptions in RealmJoin, inside the limits you set. Fewer emails asking how many E3 seats are left.
- Switched on per customer
- Separate permissions for in-tenant subscription changes
Isolation you can explain to an auditor
Multi-tenant doesn't mean mixed. Every customer's data stays separated at each layer, and the sensitive parts never leave the customer's own Azure.
Filtered at the data layer
Every tenant-scoped query runs through a context that applies tenant filters to every tenant-scoped table; disabled tenants disappear automatically.
Partitioned state
Device states and caches are partitioned by tenant.
A Key Vault per tenant
Local admin passwords live in the customer's own vault, and RealmJoin refuses keys from any other.
Logs where they belong
Audit, operational and runbook logs go to each customer's own Log Analytics workspace.
Runbooks in the customer's subscription
Automation runs in each customer's Azure Automation account, not in a shared pool.
